Premium quality double-sided (usable on both sides), two-tone, interlocking puzzle mats for martial arts, gymnasiums, and fitness centers. Among the most modern sports flooring, it doesn't mold, is completely waterproof, and is an easily cleanable sports mat - tatami. A thickness of 4 cm is primarily recommended for martial arts or other sports where proper shock absorption is critical.

The interlocking "teeth" of the puzzle tatami ensure that the tatami surface remains intact during an intense workout, unlike traditional tatami, which slips apart without support. The number of "teeth": 10 on one side and 9 on the other (these are symmetrically repeated on the other two sides).

Note! There are also PE/XPE foam versions on the market with sectional ribbed patterns, lower density, and "bordered" edges. Consider the following when comparing:

• EVA foam adheres significantly better and is less slippery than PE or XPE alternatives.
• The rice grain pattern also provides higher slip resistance compared to the sectional ribbed version. The latter has lower production costs, which is why cheaper versions usually have this pattern.
• Higher density = better grip and longer lifespan. Greater density also provides greater resistance to mechanical damage, as well as more comfort, better shock absorption, and joint protection.
• If a bordered version is chosen, the edges must be trimmed by the buyer (!), otherwise, multiple puzzle tatamis cannot be placed next to each other with edges.
